Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to all paid transactions on TunX, including credit purchases, subscriptions, and premium features.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for:

  • Service Not Delivered: Payment successful but service not activated — full refund
  • Duplicate Charges: Technical duplicate charges — full refund of duplicates
  • Major Service Failure: Platform failure making purchased services completely unusable for 72+ hours

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Credits already used or partially used
  • Account banned due to policy violations
  • Change of mind or no longer needing the service
  • Items explicitly marked as "non-refundable"

4. Refund Process

4.1 Email support@tunx.ai with your order number and reason.

4.2 We will review and respond within 3 business days.

4.3 Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Cryptocurrency Payments

For USDT/USDC payments, refunds are issued in equivalent USDT to your provided wallet address.
